On the basis of a large number of investigations and literature verification, combined with the requirements of external disaster protection in nuclear power plants, systematically presents the principle of shock wave generation, the characteristics of explosive shock wave and the design criteria of shock wave valve in nuclear power plants, and puts forward the design requirement and performance test verification method of shock wave resistant valve, in order to provide reference for the design, performance verification and localization of shock wave valve in nuclear power plants.
